Kerala SSLC Result 2025 Announced

Kerala, India, May 9, 2025: The Kerala Board of Public Examinations (KBPE) declared the SSLC Result 2025 today. Over 4.27 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 exams. The overall pass percentage is 99.5%. This is slightly lower than last year’s 99.69%. Education Minister V. Sivankutty announced the results at a press conference at 3 PM.

Exam Details and Performance

The SSLC exams took place from March 3 to March 26, 2025. A total of 4,27,021 students participated. Out of these, 4,24,583 passed, securing a high pass rate. Kannur district topped with a 99.87% pass percentage. Thiruvananthapuram had the lowest at 98.59%. A remarkable 2,331 schools achieved a 100% pass rate. Additionally, 61,449 students earned A+ grades in all subjects. This is lower than last year’s 71,831 A+ achievers.

How to Check Results

Students can check their SSLC Result 2025 on official websites. These include keralaresults.nic.in, sslcexam.kerala.gov.in, and results.kite.kerala.gov.in. They need their roll number and date of birth to log in. Results are also available via SMS. To check via SMS, type: KERALA10 and send to 56263. Mobile apps like SAPHALAM 2025, iExaMS-Kerala, and PRD Live also provide results. The online marksheet is provisional. Schools will distribute original marksheets later.

Revaluation and Supplementary Exams

Students unhappy with their marks can apply for revaluation. The revaluation application window opened on May 12, 2025, and closed on May 17, 2025. The Kerala SSLC Revaluation Result 2025 was announced on May 30, 2025. Students can check updated marks on sslcexam.kerala.gov.in using their registration number and date of birth. For those who did not pass, the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan will conduct SAY (Save A Year) exams. These supplementary exams are scheduled from May 28 to June 2, 2025. Results for SAY exams will be out in the last week of June.

Minister’s Remarks

Education Minister V. Sivankutty praised the students and teachers. He highlighted their resilience and hard work. The minister noted that the drop in A+ grades shows improved academic rigor. He encouraged students to use the revaluation option for fair results. The minister also congratulated the 856 government schools with a 100% pass rate.

What’s Next for Students?

Students who passed can apply for Plus One admissions. The admission process began on May 15, 2025, through the HSCAP portal at hscap.kerala.gov.in. The deadline to apply was May 20, 2025. Those awaiting SAY exam results can plan for supplementary exams to improve their scores. The Kerala Board ensures a smooth process for all students.
