Cutoff Marks and Tie-Breaking Criteria

If two or more candidates score the same marks, AIIMS follows a tie-breaking process:
- Higher marks in Biology (or Mathematics for Post-Basic) rank higher.
- If Biology/Mathematics marks are equal, Chemistry marks are considered.
- If Chemistry marks are equal, Physics marks decide the rank.
- If all subject marks are equal, the older candidate gets preference.
