JAC Class 12th Result 2025 Declared for Science and Commerce

Ranchi, Jharkhand – The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the JAC Class 12th Result 2025 for the Science and Commerce streams today, May 31, 2025. Students who appeared for the examinations can now access their results online. The results for the Arts stream are expected to be released next week, with officials indicating a likely date around June 4, 2025.

This year, the overall pass percentage for the Commerce stream stands at an impressive 91.92%, showing a marginal increase from last year’s 90.60%. The Science stream has recorded a pass percentage of 79.26%, a notable improvement from the previous year’s 72.70%.

The result link was activated at 12:30 PM today following a press conference where the results were officially declared. The exams were conducted from February 11 to March 4, 2025.

How to Check JAC Class 12th Result 2025

  1. Visit the official JAC results website: jacresults.com.
  2. Click on the link for “Class 12 Science Result 2025” or “Class 12 Commerce Result 2025”.
  3. Enter your roll code and roll number in the designated fields.
  4. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  5. Your result will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Download the digital marksheet and take a printout for future reference.

Results are also available via DigiLocker at results.digilocker.gov.in. Students can log in using their mobile number or Aadhaar-linked DigiLocker account to access their marksheets.

In the Science stream, Latehar district emerged as the top-performing district with a pass percentage of 88.02%. Latehar also secured a perfect 100% pass rate in the Commerce stream. Girls have reportedly outperformed boys in both Science and Commerce streams.

Ankita Dutta from Rajkiyakrit +2 High School, Govindpur, has topped the Science stream with 477 marks. Further details on toppers for both streams are being released by the council.

Students who are not satisfied with their marks will have the option to apply for re-evaluation. Details regarding compartment exams for students who did not pass in one or two subjects are expected to be announced soon by the JAC. These exams are tentatively scheduled for June-July 2025.

The marksheets available online are provisional. Students will need to collect their original marksheets from their respective schools once they are distributed by the board.
